How many tickets constitute a group?
To receive group discount pricing, groups require a minimum of 10 tickets.

Can group tickets be purchased online?
All Group tickets purchased must be arranged through our Group Experiences Office. For more information, please call 727-892-5716 or email us.

What group discounts are offered?
Groups of 10 or more can save up to 10% off on select performances.

Are there any additional convenience fees?
Absolutely no additional ticket fees are added for groups of 10 or more.

Is a deposit required?
A deposit of 10% may be required to reserve your group tickets.

Do I have to pay for my group in full or can they pay individually?
Individual payments are not accepted for group sales.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Groups can pay for tickets by Check, American Express, Master Card or Visa, through our Group Experiences Office.

Can I adjust my reservation order?
Yes. Group sizes can be adjusted until the final payment is due. However, seating for add-on’s is subject to availability.

Can my group sit together?
Our Group Experience Team will try our best to accommodate your group requests, pending ticket availability of the concert.

When can I place my reservation request?
Group reservations can be requested as soon as the tickets for the performance go on sale.

Will my seats be assigned upon submitting my request?
Once group tickets are reserved, you will be advised of your group’s seat locations and total payment due.

How will I receive my tickets?
After payment is complete, your group tickets can either be mailed directly to you or held at the Mahaffey Theater Box Office for pick up.

Is there seating for special needs patrons in my group?
The Mahaffey Theater is proud to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. We offer handicapped parking, curb cuts and ramps for easy access, Theater seating to accommodate wheelchairs and companions, accommodations for sight impaired patrons, handicapped accessible restrooms, and assisted listening devices (available at the Theater Concierge Desk). A photo ID and refundable deposit are required at time of use for assisted listening devices.

Can I plan a Dining and/or Transportation Package through Mahaffey Group Services?
Yes! Our Group Experience Team will help you to plan every detail to make the most of your corporate outings, fundraising events, family reunions, travel packages, holiday gatherings, get-togethers with friends or theater parties. Centrally located on downtown St. Petersburg’s beautiful waterfront, the Mahaffey Theatre is the perfect location for your special event. Whether it is transportation, cocktails before the show, a reception afterwards, box lunches, private space, hotel or dining reservations or limo service ... we will do it all for you!
