How many people constitute a group?
To receive group discount pricing, a group requires a minimum of 10 tickets.

Can group tickets be purchased online?
In order to provide you with personalized service, group tickets purchased must be arranged through the Group Experiences Office. For more information, please call 727.892.5716 or email us.
What group discounts are offered?
Each performance is different, but typically discounts of up to 10% are available to groups.
Are there any additional fees?
No additional fees are charged for tickets purchased directly from The Mahaffey Theater including the Group Experiences Office.
Is a deposit required?
A small deposit may be required to reserve your group tickets.
Do I have to pay for my group in full or can they pay individually?
Your group order must be paid with one payment; individual payments are not accepted.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Groups can pay for tickets through the Group Experiences Office by cash, check, American Express, MasterCard, Discover or Visa.
Can I adjust my reservation order?
Absolutely. Group blocks can be adjusted until the final payment is due. However, seating for add-ons is subject to availability.
Can my group sit together?
We will do our best to fulfill your group seating request. However, seating will be accommodated at the time of your order pending ticket availability of the concert or event.
When can I place my reservation request?
Group reservations can be requested as soon as the tickets for the performance go on sale.
Will my seats be assigned upon submitting my request?
Once group tickets are reserved, you will be advised of your group’s seat locations and the amount of payment or deposit due.
How will I receive my tickets?
After payment is complete, your group tickets can be mailed directly to you or held at The Mahaffey Theater Box Office for pick up.
What amenities are available for special needs patrons?
The Mahaffey Theater offers handicapped parking, curb cuts and ramps for easy access. In the building we have handicapped accessible restrooms and theater seating to accommodate wheelchairs, companions and visually impaired patrons. Assisted listening devices, requiring a photo ID and refundable deposit at time of use, are available at the Theater Concierge Desk.
Can I plan a Dining and/or Transportation Package through Mahaffey Group Experiences?
We will be happy to help make all of your arrangements - transportation, cocktails before the show, dinner, hotel or dining reservations - for you at no charge! We can also provide you with a list of our preferred vendors.
What is the price for bus parking?
Bus parking is always free!
