The studio album, released in 2004, has sold more than 14 million copies and won a Grammy for Best Rock Album. The musical was nominated for a Tony for Best Musical in 2010 and received two Tony Awards for best set design and lighting design,. The original Broadway cast recording received the 2010 Grammy Award for Best Musical Show Album.
