Prodigy and America’s Got Talent favorite Jackie Evancho will bring Songs of the Silver Screen to life for one night only, June 2, at The Mahaffey Theater.
Jackie was 10 years old when she was discovered on the NBC variety show, and it’s been gangbusters for her ever since. In just three years, Jackie’s unique, gorgeous, soprano voice has won her millions of fans. Her recordings have dominated the music and DVD charts and her album, O Holy Night, became the year’s #1 best-selling debut recording with more than one million copies.
Jackie’s first studio album, Dream with Me, a mix of operatic arias, show tunes and pop standards, was certified Gold after four weeks of release. Her third album released last October, Songs from the Silver Screen, debuted at #1 on the Billboard Classical charts and at #7 on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart.
Jackie Evancho is in a class of her own: A crossover classic who is equally comfortable with Puccini or pop.
