The Black Crowes

 

The Black Crowes, voted by Rolling Stone readers as the “Best New American Band” in 1990 return to the road in a worldwide tour, “Lay Down with Number 13 World Tour.” The first Sunshine State stop: The Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg Tuesday, April 30.
 

The iconic American rock band, Chris Robinson (lead vocals, guitar), Rich Robinson (guitar, vocals), Steve Gorman (drums), Sven Pipien (bass) and Adam MacDougall (keyboard), will be joined by Jackie Greene (guitar and vocals) for the 7:30pm show. The Black Crowes, who were inducted in the Georgia Music Hall of Fame in 2010, released a vinyl LP of the live album, Wiser for the Time, in March. 
 

Come early for the pre-party! Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Enjoy scrumptious food from Fish Tales, Evos and The Moon Under Water, while enjoying craft beers, including Magic Hat #9, Florida Ave Ale, Goose Island IPA and Sweetwater IPA. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
