Tickets: $18 – $55

Larry Rachleff, conductor
Karen Gomyo, violin

Since she was a child, fan favorite Karen Gomyo has loved the drama, beauty and energy of the demanding Johannes Brahms’ Violin Concerto: “The last movement is always like a big dance party.” For Claude Debussy’s La Mer, the sound comes in brilliant waves. The concert starts with Gabriela Lena Frank’s Apu: Tone Poem for Orchestra, commissioned by Carnegie Hall in 2017. Conducted by legendary Maestro Larry Rachleff.
